Not your average Computer Science Undergraduate —I’m Avishka Bambaradeniya, a Graphic Designer & Computer Science Undergraduate with 5+ years of experience. My design journey started long before my degree did. For over five years, I’ve worked across graphic design and visual communication — directing layout, typography and visual identity for a university e-magazine across three consecutive publication years, and earning recognition as Best Interact Editor from the Rotary Club of Kandy for editorial and creative contributions. That same eye for visual storytelling now shapes everything I design: travel apps, university platforms, brand assets, and motion edits in Premiere Pro and CapCut. Alongside this, I bring UI/UX design experience in Figma — redesigning university platforms and building full travel-booking apps from user flow to final prototype — backed by a Computer Science foundation that lets me understand not just how something should look, but how it actually works under the hood. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut and Figma, I design with purpose, execute with precision, and never settle for “good enough.”
